Health is Wealth. It is a common proverb which reveals a very simple meaning the wealth. It is said in this proverb that the health of a man is as much importance as the wealth to live a healthy, peaceful. Everyone knows that nothing is important in life than the very good health. No one can be happy and peaceful without very good health. There is no success in people’s lives they suffer from bad health. Unhealthy people carry various diseases which they cannot enjoy the real pleasure of being rich people.

In truly, health is more valuable for a person than the money because money cannot buy very good health and happiness. If someone is suffering from untreatable disease, however,using money one can maintain his health. Money is only a source to remain in the state of happiness and peace. So, People having sound health enjoy their life in all aspects like physically, mentally, socially, intellectually. Maintaining health is not so simple however not so hard too. Good or bad health depends upon several factors including genetic condition, healthy food, environment, lifestyle,sleeping habits, social status, psychological condition, financial condition,  air, water,  weather condition, and many more things.

Because healthy means no heart disease, no high blood pressure, no diabetes, and no respiratory diseases, being healthy means having a strong bone and good vision. Majority of the diseases that affect humans can be prevented with a healthy lifestyle. Healthy means saving money a lot of people nowadays has their insurance and soon to reach all the goals in life either to travel or even getting a promotion at work. Vitamins and Minerals are needed small amounts. Vitamins and Minerals are sometimes called micronutrients. It essential for good health They control many functions and processes in the body.
